Who We Are
Family Owned and Operated
Wilcox Siteworks is a family-run business based out of Nobleboro, Maine. With over 30 years in the earthwork industry, owner and project leader Michael Wilcox is a Maine native who has spent his entire life doing earthwork.
Starting as a teenager, Michael operated excavators for his father’s business, Wilcox Construction. He then furthered his experience with excavation companies including: Howard’s Excavation in Rockwood, George C Hall & Sons in Rockland, Jake Barbour Inc in Owls Head, Farley’s in Rockport and Red Rock Earthmovers in Utah.
In 2024, Michael started Wilcox Siteworks to offer clients the specific level of quality, unique attention to detail, and excellent project leadership he brings to his work. The business offers a comprehensive range of earthwork, stabilization, roadway, demolition and other site preparation solutions tailored to the needs of each Maine client and their land.
Michael’s daughter MacKenzie, who has learned all there is to know about earthwork from her father, has worked side-by-side with Michael since the business was established in 2024.
